If you live in Monterrey and nearby areas, we offer the HOUSE OF ZATT Premier service.
Simply place your order by 10am for delivery between 10am-5pm (Monday to Friday) or by 2pm to receive your items between 6pm-9pm (Monday to Friday).
We are only able to deliver to one address per order. If you would like to send your purchases to multiple addresses, we suggest that you place a separate order for each destination.
During our sale clearance, products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Before your purchases have been prepared for dispatch we can cancel an item, change the size or edit your billing and shipping details.
However, we are unable to combine orders or add pieces to an existing order once it has been placed.
Making a return or exchange is easy. You have 2 days to decide whether to keep your items and we will collect from your home, work or alternative address for free (if you live in Monterrey or nearby areas). Simply request a returns merchandise authorization number from our HOUSE OF ZATT staff and then book a collection to send your item(s) back to us.

We do not accept refunds at the time, however, you can change your unwanted items for something else in the store or save the total amount of your purchase as store credit for future purchases.
Only if your item is faulty when you receive it, you can return it for a refund.
Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within one week of purchase. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.
You can make an appointment with our recommended tailoring services directly through us, however, we do not take responsibility of the services they provide or the time they might take to deliver the goods. Since they do not work directly for us or our company an additional fee will be charged.
